Elizabeth Swinney currently serves as the Refinery System Mass Balance Lead out of the Chevron Pascagoula refinery in Mississippi. She has over twenty years of experience in oil and gas accounting holding roles such as Foreign Trade Zone Analyst, Finance Business Analyst, Oils Planning Business Analyst, Stock Accounting Analyst, and Supervisor.
Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Alabama.

Maggie is currently the Mass Balance Engineer at Chevron's Pascagoula Refinery where she supports refinery operation by analyzing refinery performance; validating unit flow meter operation; and partnering with Operations, Technical, and Finance to improve data quality decisions. Prior to her current role, Maggie spent 5 years in Process Engineering where she supported a Hydrocracker, Gasoline Hydrotreater and Distillation units, and a Hydrogen production unit. In addition to her current role, Maggie is part of the Pascagoula Women's Network leadership team and the North America MARC (Men Advocating for Real Change) Virtual Program leadership team.
Maggie is a 2016 graduate of MSU with a BS in Chemical Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys running, baking, reading, and watching MSU sports.
