Omicron Development LLC joins the Pimsoft Group of Companies

Pimsoft announces the acquisition of Omicron Development LLC (www.omicron.com). Omicron Development will operate as a separate legal entity under the same name and continue to deliver the same services from its headquarter in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (USA). Both principals, David Soll (CTO) and Gary Clayton (COO), will remain with the company, joining forces with the Pimsoft team to develop synergies involving the OSIsoft® PI System® and Pimsoft's Sigmafine® technology to expand the depth and breadth of both company’s solutions.
