Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for the Sigmafine 2025 User Conference, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Cancellations made on or before December 30, 2024: You can cancel your registration for a full refund. No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made between December 31, 2024, and January 27, 2025: You will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
- Cancellations made on or after January 28, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
