Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for the Sigmafine 2025 User Conference, the following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Cancellations made on or before December 30, 2024: You can cancel your registration for a full refund. No cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations made between December 31, 2024, and January 27, 2025: You will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
  • Cancellations made on or after January 28, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Registration

    We ask so that we can confirm with the hotel that they have received your reservation.
  • We will invoice you for the total of your registrations. If you need to register multiple individuals please fill out a separate registration for each one and make a note of it in the comments section and we can combine them into one invoice.
